HI, I'MÂ DAISY
I started One Choice Today because I kept seeing the same pattern: people know what they want, they’re capable, but they don’t follow through consistently. Not because they’re lazy, but because of how they think, how they talk to themselves, and how they approach action.
So I built a system and methodology that focuses on changing that at the root. The SELF and SEAAR programs are helping people make better decisions daily, rebuild their self-trust, and actually create momentum in their lives.
MY STORY

Spending 20+ years in leadership across military, logistics, and technology taught me many skills. It also gave me the opportunity to learn patterns that kept people stuck. As a people leader, coaching and helping people achieve their best corporate life often bled into systems and practices that helped with their personal best life too. Â
WHY DO I TEACH?
Working directly with my teams was rewarding but came with certain limitations. I found myself getting burned out in Silicon Valley and wanted to see what I could do if I stopped playing small and really developed something meaningful at scale.Â
I personally find purpose in helping others and watching growth occur is maybe one of the best feelings in the world. It's an honor to steward change in others lives and keeps me always learning and evolving.Â
